Position Summary

Reporting to the divisional head of Strategic Talent Programs, this position works closely with global Human Resources colleagues, Talent Management COEs, and internal clients, to plan and execute talent development initiatives that impact the retention and readiness of people to contribute across the corporation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy talent & learning programs for workforce and leader development
  • Assist in leading the talent management processes such as talent review, succession planning, and strategic talent development programs.
  • Manage program schedules, status reviews, tool & template preparation, training, and communications to a global Human Resources team.
  • Collaborate and communicate with business/ Human Resources team around the intent and analysis of talent actions.

  • Coordinate, Facilitate, and/or act as “producer” for interactive virtual training initiatives.
  • Division point of contact for LMS training data and dashboard. Run reports, set up learning paths, classes, and manage completion data as needed.
  • Coordinate program nominations in accordance with corporate criteria & schedules.
  • Report talent management metrics, in partnership with our Analytics team, to measure strategic actions and drive performance support and leadership development priorities.
  • Advise on and/or lead talent development and performance support initiatives as needed (examples include individual development plans, mentoring initiatives, Employee Resource Group support, performance management processes.)

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Human Resources
  • Experienced in facilitating training virtually; with set-up using tools such as MS Teams polls and breakout groups a plus
  • MS Office tools for facilitation, presentation, and reporting (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI or equivalent reporting tool skills); administration of training in LMS is a plus
  • Ability to communicate and serve multiple stakeholders

Location and Travel Requirements:

  • Tewksbury, MA with hybrid schedule
  • Travel is negligible
