Purpose of the Position:

• Seeking seniorfacility/PA (Pollution Abatement)engineering resource to lead initiatives related to the design, construction, commissioning/start-up, upgrade and maintenance of Corning manufacturing infrastructure and associated equipment.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Facility/PA(pollution abatement) system installation, commissioning and start up
• Development and implementation of the QA/QC plan for incoming material, test plan with vendor
• Equipment FAT and issue the report
• Review and implementation JSA (SWMS) with safety team and vendor
• Facilitate the daily construction meeting with contractor
• Ensure the schedule includes latest plans
• Issue weekly/monthly report related to safety, schedule and quality for construction
• Work with Contractor, project team, Safety team and construction leaders to address any installation issues
• Addressing potential Safety issues in the contractor's Work Safe plan with creative solutions appropriate to the contractor's capability and site construction practices
• Addressing any potential equipment damage from inappropriate move in, setting or utility hook up

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and above in chemical or environmental engineering or related field of study.
• Overseas educational experience is a plus.

Required Skills:

• 背景设施工程with 5+ of experienceinplant construction projectsor expansion projects
• Design and implement facility/PA auxiliary equipmentfor air pollution abatement system, spray cooler system, wet scrubber system, bag house filter system and dust collection, SNCR-NOx reduction system, and related ducts etc.
• Design and implement facility auxiliary equipment for wastewater treatment system.
• Design and implement facility auxiliary equipment for special chemical/Gas system, ex HF/H2SO4/HCl etc. is plus
• Rich experience in construction site management
• Experience working effectively with contractors
• Knowledge of construction practices
• Knowledge of piping, facility system installation and hook up processes
• Knowledge of safety and fire alarm Systems
• Knowledge of environmental permits/emissions monitoring is a plus
