Position Description

• Own and deliver PTP subject matter expertise / stream leadership in SAP S4 Hana deployments. Represent PTP in other projects.
• Actively contributes to the S/4 HANA Operational support organization as a PTP subject matter expert for questions and issued identified by a business
• Champion and promote use of standard planning end to end processes (demand, supply, SIOP).
• Document business requirements not met by the platform’s capability. Assist business process owners to build a process innovation pipeline including in business cases when standards do not meet business requirements
• Develop and document of Planning standard processes including best practices and recommendations.
• Develop test scripts, execute, and assist in process testing.
• Deliver SC Planning knowhow and trainings to end / Business users. Buildup of Business Power Users and BPOs organization.

Required Skills:

• BA / BS degree (ideally Business or Supply Chain)
• 5 – 8 yrs working expertise in ERP system - SAP ECC / S4 Hana
• Subject matter expertise in business Supply Chain Plan-to-Produce (PtP) processes and capability stream
• Communication skills (up / down and across org to Business)
• Project and Change management experience
• Problem solving, analytical skills, exceptional follow through Desired Skills (These are skills that would be nice for candidates to possess)
• Work experiences with multiple groups and cross function / region team and matrix organization
• Strong organization skills, process rigor, attention to detail, responsiveness
• Cross-cultural sensitivity
• Open minded

Desired Skills:

• Hands on experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or similar Planning Solution (implementation, use, trainings)
• Deep function business process expertise and understanding in Supply Chain, Logistics and Planning (for purchasing, manufacturing) areas
• Green Belt training Education & Experience
