Plant Operations Manager, CLS Reynosa

It implies determination in the manufacture of products and improvement in the effectiveness and costs within the production process; methods, equipment, schemes, labor, time standards, use of capacity, process/equipment improvement, process control systems. You will also be able to apply knowledge and methods for the physical understanding and specific characteristics in the criteria of its products and processes. It encompasses direction and inspection of individual and team behavior of employees who do possible the assembly, sub-assembly or complementation of units, which carry out or process material premium in final product.

• Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in the production area, to achieve objective goals, quality and costs.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material distribution.
• Establishes operational and labor objectives, delegates tasks to his subordinate supervisors.
• Interacts with the Plant Manager or executives at his level in matters concerning the different areas, divisions and/or clients.

• Manages activities of one or more sections, of one or more departments. In some instances, you may act as head of the staff and not have subordinate supervisors.
• Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to the Product that I know is developing and the Quality Management System (SGC) and Environmental (SGA)
• Identify resource requirements and provide adequate means including allocation of competent personnel to administer and carry out the assigned tasks.
• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions to the corrective / preventive actions that are generated. Know, Understand and Apply the Quality Policy as well as the Quality Objectives.
• Comply with the procedures, instructions and other documents of the SGC/SGA
• Generate the corrective and/or preventive actions that are necessary to be consistent in the quality of service provided.
• Knowledge of Customer Requirements and applicable Regulatory Requirements.
• Approve, Review and Modify, if necessary, the respective SGC/SGA documents
• Seek continuous improvement in your Process.
• Responsible for his work area for safety and hygiene.
• Verify that there are no unsafe conditions within your work area.
• Provide the necessary training for your staff to work safely.
• Follow up on the actions found in the safety tours.
• It is responsible for providing and supporting the information and documentation to comply with the requirements of the Federal Labor Law and SEMARNAT.
