Position Summary:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take charge and administer the company’s Quality Assurance Program under guidelines of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Nuclear Quality Assurance -1 (ASME NQA-1) requirements
  • Implement complete update of the existing Quality Assurance Program to meet customer’s audit expectations and current NQA-1 criteria
  • Continuously update all underlining Quality Assurance and Operational procedures and relevant documents, to assure compliance with current regulations
  • Perform product inspections in accordance with company’s Quality Assurance Program
  • Perform all required tasks to fulfill State requirements for maintaining a Radioactive Materials Handling License

Experience/Education Required:

  • BS in mechanical, civil or manufacturing engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of ASME NQA-1 Lead Auditor and/or QA Manager experience desired
  • Excellent computer and internet skills, i.e. MS Office Suite, MS Project, etc.
  • Familiarity with Radioactive Materials Handling License requirements

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 50%

The range for this position is $79,215 - $97,930. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
