Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Commercial group to resolve customer complaints and translate customer requirements into meaningful product specifications.
• Work closely with DQA/WWQA to understand all CDT QIs progress and drive Finishing/Melting engineering and production for corrective/preventive actions migration.
• Understand customer process/requirement and coordinate internal product specification change procedure including FG and FS.
• Lead/Initiate internal quality improvement program and coordinate production/ engineering resources to prevent potential QIs.
• Develop processes and systems to prevent quality problems in Finishing and Melting
• Handle quality abnormality to prevent risk product leak to customer
• Work with process and product improvement teams regarding key product attributes to develop appropriate control strategies and feedback loops to make sure product attributes perform as expected
• Ensure PQA-FMEA implementation in whole process and continue to improve HOC level of control plan
• Co-work with cross function for new product and line/tank qualification

Education & Experience

• B.S or above degree in Science or Engineering related.
• 3 years’ experience of quality or process engineering.
• Customer or supplier quality issue handling and prevention
• Experience in LCD or Optoelectronics industry would be a plus.

• Customer quality issue handling process
• Problem solving with Quality tools and good knowledge in 8D improvement
• TFT and Color filter process understanding
• Good English comprehension in spoken, writing and reading
• 好communication and coordination skill for cross department cooperation
• Can work independently by self and also work well within team
• Good Excel, Word, PPT skills
