Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Day to Day Responsibility:

• EP/POEP Measure tank grounding、Measure electrode pusher grounding、LTT.
• 米OB item execution. Vendor& Safety supervision、Track MOB item and feedback to engineer、Support function test with engineer (MFC/BCF function test…etc.).
• Cold repair (check-out& start-up). Support troubleshooting with start-up leader、Support pre-drain/ post-light MFAP test with engineer、Support Delivery low power test/ DHPS low power test/ Tank phasing…etc. with engineer.
• First level D2D troubleshooting with TSG& SOP.
• Report & meeting. Handover report between shifts, and meeting with engineer.
• Receive routine Class Training from engineer for skill-up and new technology training.
• 米PERT TEAM-Refresh training、Table top、Regular Drill、unnoticed Drill.
• PM/SOS checklist and Maximo system work order execution.
• Follow the work assignment from MMA TOD Shift Leader.
• Execute OJT with engineer.
• 米ajor areas are Melting and Forming control system.
• Support areas are Batch and Gauge control system.

Qualifications:

• College above (include) graduated and major in engineering (prefer Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics or Automation engineering)
• Non relevant major but with 2 years above in relative job experience
• Understand basic electrical/ control component
• Ability of meter/ instrument measurement
• Ability of circuit drawing reading
• Basic English reading/writing skill
• Good communication and assignments handover ability
• PLC control system hardware troubleshooting
• Ability of Human Machine Interface(HMI) operation
• Industry VFD/ Motor control system hardware troubleshooting
