For the support of our finance department at our plant in Krailling, Germany, we are looking currently for a

Senior Accountant / Bilanzbuchhalter/in (m/f/d)

In this position, you will be responsible for processing all accounting tasks, such as ongoing balance sheet and P&L postings, monitoring accounts receivable, accounts payable, G/L accounts and asset accounting, as well as monthly and annual financial statements and, finally, preparing reports for the parent company.

Innovative and responsible - your tasks are challenging:

• Preparation of comprehensive monthly reporting of our key financial figures including data provision for group consolidation according to US-GAAP
• Annual financial statements - preparation and compilation according to HGB and US-GAAP
• Collaboration on compliance guidelines and corresponding reporting
• Support of tax advisors in the preparation of the tax balance sheet
• Monitoring of ongoing financial accounting, all balance sheet entries and account clarification
• Reporting / communication with public institutions: Statistical reporting
• Participation in national and global projects as well as support of the Head of Finance
• Financial communication with sister companies within the group

Professionally and personally - Your qualifications are convincing:

• Successfully completed technical studies or similar professional training
• Additional qualification as a balance sheet accountant
• At least 5 years of professional experience in balance sheet accounting
• Comprehensive and secure knowledge of HGB/ US-GAAP and SOX
• Detailed application experience with an ERP system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
• Knowledge in the manufacturing industry - ideally in project business / mechanical engineering
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
• Business fluent in German and English
• A committed personality with a high understanding of quality and corresponding diligence
