Field Service Engineer EMEA - Remote (m/f/d)

As our Field Service Engineer, you can expect an interesting, challenging, and versatile role. You will be responsible for technical after-sales support and will be working for our customers worldwide.

Innovative and responsible - your tasks are challenging:

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of laser processing systems
• Analysis and troubleshooting of our laser processing systems in cooperation with the respective departments
• Customer service and customer training
• Carrying out regular maintenance

Technical and personal skills:

• Successfully completed training or further training as a mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer or technician. Engineer or master craftsman would be desirable
• Specialized training in the electrical field with nominal voltages of 240V or higher
• Ideally experience in special machine construction and/or customer service
• High degree of service-oriented thinking, motivation, and initiative
• Flexible with the ability and willingness to travel
• Experience in PLC according to the standard DIN EN 61131-3 and experience in the application of CNC / PLC controlled machines would be desirable
• Independent, solution- and customer-oriented way of working
• Good command of the English language (written and spoken) and German skills at B1-level or above
