Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
• Prepare journal entries
• Monitor inventory tracking system
• Fixed assets management
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Audit contract manufacturing partner’s spending and verify contract manufacturing processing fee
• Prepare monthly cost report
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts (e.g. Greenbook for 5-year plan)
• 协助准备和coordination of the audit process
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
• Assist with cost analysis
• Ad hoc requests from management team

Education & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 3~5 years’ experience in accounting function
• Knowledge of major accounting procedures
• Knowledge of China accounting regulatory (tax, customs, foreign exchange)
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred
