SCOPE OF THE POSITION:

Assist in identifying, prioritizing and driving performance improvements that will have the biggest overall impact on business results and deliver operational excellence. Key areas of focus include inventory and logistics optimization but also other supply chain projects that will drive efficiencies, reduce cost while ensuring customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Evaluate operational data and make recommendations to improve efficiency based on results.

  • Direct projects that will deliver cost reductions in logistics, packaging and warehousing

  • Establish should be inventory targets and establish projects to achieve and maintain.

  • 作为专家解决问题,推动root cause exploration and implementing sustainable solutions.

  • Test the status quo to find ways to optimize supply chain performance to deliver exceptional results.

  • Monitor progress of key initiatives in order to check if changes produce results. Establish measurable standards at the start of a project and then compare actual project results against these, regularly generating detailed update reports to key stakeholders.

REQUIREDEDUCATION ANDEXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’sDegreein Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or another similar major.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experiencein multiple supply chain functions.

The range for this position is $74,678 - $102,682. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
